‘DECIDES Europe: Preventing Gender-Based Violence, the Youth’s Outlook’ is a project co-funded by European Union’s Equality, Rights and Citizenship program. It will be implemented by a consortium of three partner organizations: Interarts (Spain), Trabe (Spain), Transcena (Romania) and Kvindemuseet i Danmark (Denmark).
Interarts is a private agency with international projection that contributes to human development through culture, supports the design of cultural policies, promotes knowledge and information in the field of culture, advocates for the role of culture in public governance and networks at European and international levels.
Trabe is an association committed to defend women’s human rights, giving special attention to the violence against women and to trafficking and sexual exploitation. The association is focused on developing programs that promote the empowerment of women.
Transcena is an association that seeks, explores and develops ways and means by which art and education in art can contribute to the process of individual evolution in the context of social development. It advocates respect for the rights of disadvantaged people. The working focus of the association is in education and training, monitoring and advocacy, social partnership and social theater.
Kvindemuseet i Danmark (Women’s museum) is a museum that aims to lead dialogue to change de significance of gender in society. Moreover, it creates and fosters curiosity, dialogue, reflection and knowledge about the importance of sex and gender – historically, currently and in the future.
